Consensual Enslavement

Here I open the door to understanding the concepts and practices of consensual enslavement. Most importantly, it is a different way to think about what is done, not just how to do or live it.

Consensual enslavement is a form of power exchange relationship where one person agrees to submit themselves completely to the control of another. It is done using the language and styles of historical slavery but in a modern context and with the agreement and consent of everyone involved. It is intended for those involved in BDSM, Leather, Gorean and other styles and traditions which include a consensual enslavement style.

I have written this from a male Master/Owner and female slave perspective. This is because it is how I think and work. Most pages and tools are not gender specific, so convert to your situation as needed. Also, I do not have sufficient knowledge and lack the experience of training a male slave to do justice to the difference between males and females at this time.

This site has one main purpose and that is to provide and publish the knowledge and experience I have achieved over two decades of work and research into not just what people do but how the enslavement of one person by another can be done from a science based perspective, not just an emotional or psychological basis. Part of that information is in the books dealing with consensual enslavement that I have published or will publish.

I have included material which was first published on FetLife.com and in the book I Can Do This, which have been rewritten and expanded plus material never published elsewhere. This is very much a work in progress and will be updated with new material from time to time. At the bottom of any document page you will find the date of the last time it was updated.

On many pages there are links which lead to another page specifically for more information about a Tool, Definition or to an essay. There are also some placeholders where the item has yet to be written or updated. They are written like a link but are italicized and do not link to any current page. They will be updated as soon as I can finish those entries. Only the first occurrence on a page of a linked term or location will have the link enabled. There are also links to outside sources.

I welcome questions via the forum or by direct contact and I will answer them as I can. Please send typo and problems with the web site via the contact form as well and they will be corrected as soon as possible.
